What is the return and/or exchange policy?
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and used. If your product arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at hello@drtuggs.com and we will address your claim accordingly. Our policy to resolve damage claims is to ship out a replacement or provide a refund on your original order, depending on customer preference.
If your product arrives intact but you would like to return it for any reason, please contact us and we can provide return information.Â
Is there a Dr. Tuggs guarantee?
We are confident that you'll enjoy Gentleman’s Lotion. If the experience is not satisfactory for whatever reason, please contact us as hello@drtuggs.com within 30 days of receipt of your first order, and we will provide a full refund. Please reference our satisfaction guarantee in your outreach to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Do your products expire? How long are they good for?
Dr. Tuggs Gentleman’s Lotion has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Where should I store my products?
Gentleman's Lotion is best stored in a cool, dry place. Our product has been stability-tested, so even if exposed to heat, as long as it is returned to room temperature it will retain efficacy.
Can I use Gentleman's Lotion for sex?
Gentleman's Lotion is for external use only. This is not a lubricant made for intercourse of any kind.
How Do I Use Gentleman's Lotion?
Everyone has their preferences, but we recommend applying 3 to 5 pumps and going to town. Try experimenting with different amounts to find what works best for you.
Can I use Gentleman’s Lotion with toys?
Gentleman’s Lotion is best paired with our Super Stroker, but if you’d like to use it with any other external toy we recommend avoiding toys that are made with silicone as this could degrade the toy over time. Do not use Gentleman’s Lotion in place of a lubricant for toys that are for internal use.

At this time, all Dr. Tuggs products are only sold and shipped to US locations.
When will my order get delivered?
Delivery estimates will be provided once your product has shipped, but typically 3 - 5 business days after shipment.
What should I do if my order is taking longer than expected to deliver?
Please first check the tracking link to see if there is an exception listed by the shipping carrier. If there is no expected delivery date, please reach out to hello@drtuggs.com and we will address your claim to ensure that you receive your order.
