What is your return and/or exchange policy?
We are not able to accept any returns after a product has been open and used. However, if the product arrived damaged, please contact hello@drtuggs.com and include as much detail as possible, including order number and photos. We will assess the claim as long as the claim is made within 14 days of the delivery date. We will either process a full refund or send a replacement order - whichever you prefer!
Is there a Dr. Tuggs guarantee?
We are confident that you'll enjoy Gentleman’s Lotion. If the experience is not satisfactory for whatever reason, please contact us as hello@drtuggs.com within 30 days of receipt of your first order, and we will provide a full refund.
Where are your products made?
Dr. Tuggs's Gentleman's Lotion was formulated and is manufactured in the USA.
Do your products expire? How long are they good for?
Dr. Tuggs Gentleman’s Lotion has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Where should I store my products?
Gentleman's Lotion is best stored in a cool, dry place. Our product has been stability-tested, so even if exposed to heat, as long as it is returned to room temperate it will retain efficacy.
Can I use Gentleman's Lotion for sex?
Gentleman's Lotion is for external use only. This is not a lubricant made for intercourse of any kind.
How Do I Use Gentleman's Lotion
Everyone has their preferences, but we recommend applying 3 to 5 pumps and going to town. Try experimenting with different amounts to find what works best for you.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped 1 - 2 business days after purchase date.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, all Dr. Tuggs products are only sold and shipped to US locations.
When will my order get delivered?
Delivery estimates will be provided once your product has shipped, but typically 3 - 5 business days after shipment.
How will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
