Returns / Exchange Policy
We are not able to accept any returns after a product has been open and used. However, if the product arrived damaged, please contact hello@drtuggs.com and include as much detail as possible, including order number and photos. We will assess the claim as long as the claim is made within 14 days of the delivery date. We will either process a full refund or send a replacement order - whichever you prefer!
